Electronic Edition have been a much discussed
top for the BPA rule makers.  Here are some of the BPA things we're working on:

The BPA board recently voted that electronic edition must be requested;  however, the board
also allowed the reporting of non-request electronic editions as "non-qualified" provided
that meet your qualification standards.  These demogrphics must be reported in the "Additional
Data" paragraph.

The "Personal direct request from the receipt" source is changing to "Direct Request" in
Paragraph 3b to allow subscriber's spouses or
personal assistants to subscribe.

Although not affecting you, Association
members do not count as "company" or "direct
request" but must be under "Association rosters and
directories"

Renew till forbid or Recurring Subscriptions (those being billed
monthly) are going into a whole new "perpetual
subscriptions" in paragraph 5 unless you have
an annual "bridge letter"

International subscription arrears are
changing from three to six months.
